Training Programmes
- SEED has conducted the following training programme
- Leadership Development Programme in Use of Information and Communication Technology for college principals - five programmes
- Management Development Programme for International Participants of MA and Diploma f manpower Planning at Dalhousie and Dharmshala - three programmes
- International Diploma Programme in Educational Leadership - Higher Education - three batches completed . Fourth batch programme announced
- Graduation ++ programme for UG students in colleges to make them global employment ready along with their graduation - 120 students benefited.
- Workshops for key persons in higher education on WTO and GATS in higher education in four regions namely, South at PSG College Coimbatore, West - National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad, East- KIT, Bhubnewar and North - IIC , New Delhi of India and a National Programme at IIT, Delhi.
Leadership Development Programmes
Seed Organized five leadership development programme for College Principals drawn from Various parts of the country. It oriented about 125 principals of colleges in Information Technology and its use of for teaching learning and effective and innovative management of colleges.
Recently it organized a 3 day workshop on New Media and Technology for improvement of qualityof higher education in collaboration with LMP Trust, Gurgoan at India Habitat Centre.from 21-23th December,2016 Eighteen Principals and Deans of University attended the programme. Report (click here)
Programme for College Librarians : Seed Organized Programme for colleges' librarians in the area of use of IT in College libraries. Nearly 15 college librarians benefited from this programme
Three Management Development Programmes : were conducted by CHEST for participants drawn from various parts of world attending Masters/Diploma programme in Manpower Planning at the institute of Indian Institute Applied Manpower Research, New Delhi. One in Dalhousie, Two in Dharmshala, Himachal Pradesh.
International Diploma Programme - IDEL-HE
SEED-CHEST has launched an International Diploma Programme in Educational Leadership- Higher Education 4th Batch. Earlier three batches of IDEL-HE has completed the diploma and has attended Summer Schools in Paris.
