Orientation of Principals of Pre PrimarySchools

Under the auspices of Shiksha Vikas that is school for small children and Shishu Shiksha SEED organized a programme for principals of pre-primary schools. The objectives of workshop were:

• to discuss the problems and difficulties experienced by the principals of pre-primary schools in the development of child
• to share the new developments in learning of the children specific reference to balanced approach and play way modes
• to acquaint the participants about the teaching material development in the area of pre-primary education
• to work out the strategies and plans for effective functioning and development of pre-primary schools

As well as suggest the means and techniques of teaching through play way methods and other scientific ways of development of children

The programme was attended by 24 principals belonging to lead schools, municipal corporation schools and schools run by individuals. The programme was highly appreciated. Programme was inaugurated by Dr. Mrs. Chitra Naik, Former Member, Planning Commission, Government of India.
